Stress Management: Getting Back to Balance

Tab:Overview

If you are feeling stressed, you are not alone

It’s difficult to stay balanced as we face increasing demands and pressures in an uncertain environment. With the assistance of a workbook, online questionnaires, and unique personalized report, Jolene Watson will lead you through a better understanding of your personality type and communication style. Note: questionnaires must be completed three weeks prior to the session date.

You will learn how you are likely to experience and react to stress, as well as how you can manage stress successfully. The analysis is based on the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, with reports that reflect your unique personality preferences.
